My Story

I'm running the Great North Run, the World’s biggest half marathon, to help raise some vital funds for St Benedict's Hospice in Sunderland. St Benedict’s has provided free specialist palliative care to the people of Sunderland and surrounding district for almost 40 years, but charitable donations play a vital role in funding their services. I've been fortunate and neither my family, friends or I have needed help from St Benedict's before, but one day I might. And I think it's viral we keep this essential service going for those that do need help. So thank you very much for any donation you can spare.
