My Story
It costs around £4.5million to run Pendleside Hospice each year and more than £3.5million of this amount has to be raised by fundraising and donations. Yes, it's hard to to believe - over £3.5million has to be raised through fundraising and donations EVERY single year.
Pendleside Hospice does an amazing job for the local community in Burnley and the surrounding areas. Full details of their work can be found at https://www.pendleside.org.uk. It is a charity close to my heart having provided great support and assistance to my grandma, Doris, many years ago. So any donation to this fantastic charity in suppport of me running the Great North Run, no matter how great or small, would be massively appreciated. Thank you.
