My Story

My daughter Carolyn is a Paediatric Nurse specialising in the care & rehabilitation of patients suffering from Scoliosis at The Great North Children's Hospital R.V.I. Newcastle. She has currently been trying to raise the awareness of this debilitating condition in order to generate more funding & specialist equipment for the department . As I still enjoy running with Heaton Harriers although I'm now 80 , I thought it would be a good idea to combine my enjoyment, by running for a good cause.  Children are our future and they deserve every opportunity to enjoy a happy, healthy & fulfilling life. Please help this N.H.S. appeal. Thank you.
